Being emotionally well is something we must prioritise in our fast paced, stress filled lives. If we don’t take time out to unwind and de-stress, we can end up feeling frazzled. We all experience the full spectrum of emotions in our lifetime, from joy, elation, love, apathy, anger, sorrow, grief and sadness. In order to cope well in the good times and the not so good times, we must develop mental resilience. Paying attention to all of the dimensions of health will help us with this.
