Having an appreciation of the beauty and excellence around us is a wonderful thing. Sometimes getting out into an environment that encourages this kind of reflection takes a little bit of time and effort as cities expand and our urban footprint becomes more obvious. They say the closer in proximity you live to green spaces, the better your health. We all have a responsibility to be aware of our impact on the environment in order to give our children and their children the opportunity to also enjoy wellness in this space.
