Life is such a fantastic journey, and one thing that makes it so interesting is that we are in a constant state of learning. When we are thriving in this space, we are engaged in activities that involve mental stimulation. This might include the sharing of information, knowledge and skills with others and or the acquisition of new skills and information ourselves.
