They say that when we really love our job it doesn’t seem like work at all! Whilst we may not all be able to say we love jumping up every morning to go to work, it is important that we feel challenged, encouraged and supported in our chosen vocation. Having a career that is meaningful and rewarding provides many benefits from social engagement, to intellectual growth. Of course, it also helps us pay the bills and gain a sense of independence and financial security too!
