12 Week Lift Plus Coaching
12 Week Lift Plus Coaching is my premiere program. This is the program to really supercharge your learning and lifestyle changes. Using evidence-based presentations created by internationally recognised Lifestyle Medicine expert Dr Darren Morton, you will learn 10 strategies to help manage stress, lean into positivity and live your best life. We spend a full 3 months (12 weeks) focusing on implementing these strategies into your life in a way that makes sense to YOU.
